 It is rare when one enters into a business deal that an expectation of friendship is anticipated.  Yet, this is exactly what happened when I worked with Michael Korn for the very first time.  Consequently, Michael Korn has been present for some really important personal experiences in my life.  Michael helped me to execute the short sale of my home.  This was a very difficult decision but Michael was there from day one.  He calmly and openly explained all the steps in the process.  Then he walked away and let me consider whether this was the right decision for me.  Two months later, once I decided to move forward, he walked back into my life and went to work.  Michael helped in every step of the process from completing the paperwork to helping me find a rental to speaking with the mortgage company and buyers.  He was there every step of the way explaining everything and making sure that it all stayed on target.  My sale was an extremely difficult one but Michael navigated every step of the process for me.  I never would have been able to do this all and keep my sanity.  And during all of this, my family and I celebrated with Michael’s family at his daughter’s Bat Mitzvah (I’d attended his son’s Bar Mitzvah a few years earlier), he checked on us during the wildfires and invited us to barbeques over the holiday.  I say all this to explain that working with Michael is not just a business dealing.  It becomes personal to him and he treats his clients not just as business transactions, not even as people, but he treats his clients as family.  He worked tirelessly on my sale.  I often wondered when he slept.  And his team is simply the best.  Char and Sarah were phenomenal and I owe as much gratitude to them as I do to Michael.  He also has great affiliates such as Efficiency Escrow, Alan Muroi, Accountant and a plethora of home inspectors, handymen and other very professional people.  And they are all wonderfully nice, easy to work with and professional. - Cheryl Kearse

 Although I am from Madrid, Spain, and have only lived in the United States for a couple of years. I was relieved to be introduced to a friendly voice here in San Diego.  Eve Sieminski is professional in all ways.  We listed our home with her on July 23, 2021, she came and looked over our property and gave us some tips on what we needed to do to ready our property for showing.  Our property hit the market on August 6th.    Eve held an open house and subsequently we were presented the offers made. Thanks to Eve’s knowledge and experience we made counter offers.  What could have been a very stressful time went very smoothly.   Documents were electronically signed and in a short time the process was over.
